How I avoid Eating



1. I drink a lot of water, tea and zero coke

2. I hold food in my mouth, I chew but don't swallow.

3. I chew sugarless gum

4. I focus on exercise instead of eating

5. I pour a lot of salt on my food, or hot sauce so it is no good.

6. I stay busy working on my website or creating artwork.

7. I go to bed early so i don't eat late at night
