1. Drink a glass of water every hour. It will make you feel full. 2. Pick one food for the day, like an apple. Cut it into 8 slices. Eat 2 slices at breakfast, 2 at lunch, 2 at dinner, and you’ll have 2 left for a snack. This way your body thinks it’s eating 4 times that day, but in reality you’ve only had 1 apple. The next day pick another food. Make sure it’s only 1 serving that you split up into 3 or more throughout the day. 3. Dont try to fast for days and days. 1. I drink a lot of water, tea and zero coke 2. I hold food in my mouth, I chew but don't swallow. 3. I chew sugarless gum 4. I focus on exercise instead of eating 5. I pour a lot of salt on my food, or hot sauce so it is no good. 6. I stay busy working on my website or creating artwork. 7. I go to bed early so i don't eat late at night

Off the wagon

My Sister Elaine had a stroke on May 2 and I have been off the wagon ever sense. Hope to get back on track next month. Still wanting less food, yet eating more. what a life.
