Liquid diet day 2


I am into day 2 of my liquid diet and i feel good. I exercised on the treadmill first thing this morning. I really hate exercise but i am trying to make myself like it. However even if i never like it, i will ALWAYS do it!. It is a necessary evil that must be done. And first thing every morning is the best time for me.

I am also drinking a tone of water, when ever i get hungry in between protein shakes i drink as much water as i can. It really fills up my stomach. Then i go and brush my teeth, and the hunger goes away. Water is indeed becoming my very best friend.

I think I have been working my way up to this liquid diet ever sense October 2010. I just could not wrap my brain around it until now. And i am so ready for this now, I can feel it deep down inside, i am going to make it this time. The feeling of finally being able to create a lifestyle that i can maintain for the rest of my life is a wonderful feeling.

And knowing that this time it will last...I really think it will last this time. i know all the pit falls this time. i am more focus and aware this time. i am more disciplined and determined this time. So I look forward to releasing at least 60lbs over the next 4 months. I also look forward to the detox effect this will have on my body. A great cleansing is going on inside me right now and i love this empty feeling. I am going to study myself and observe every feeling and emotion along the journey. I look forward to wearing my skinny clothes again.
