Becoming Ana

This is indeed the day I began Ana. I say began instead of became because i am making the choice to channel Ana. I see the way i must be. Being Ana is about suffering secretly until i achieve my goal. Being Ana for me is about enduring the pain and pressure of hunger, to receive the ultimate result of being thin. Being Ana is about sacrifice, discipline, and will power. Being Ana for me is about extreme control and extreme relentless discipline. I must endure the self sacrificial suffering inside, secretly, while maintaining an outward appearance of happiness and normality. This is indeed the day that i began to Chanel Ana, and the day I will make myself Ana. What will i do to make Ana more tolerable?
I will have my own food chart rules.
At the top of that food chart is
1.water… water and more water. Water is my very best friend from this day forward.
2. Sugar free Jello- my glue and staple
3. trident chewing gum and tic tack mints
4. Protein shakes
5. Supplemental vitamins
6. Appetite suppressants
7. miracle noodles
8. Romain salad
9. chicken Breast
10. eggs
11. shredded cheese.
