Drink Your Food and Eat Your Drink
I am creating my own liquid diet called The green smoothie experiment to make sure I get the green stuff in. I want to release a lot of weight very quickly but I want to do it the healthiest way possible. Greens are leaves that contain chlorophyll, and they are probably the most neglected food group in the entire supermarket.
But yet it is these humble green warriors which make magic for our cells. Drinking green smoothies are better than just eating greens because the blending actually breaks down the cellular walls of the leaves, leaving you with the finest particles of nutrients which are delivered straight to your cells. So I will be adding these greens to my protein shake to give it a super food power pack. I know that my body is made up of billions of tiny cells. Every cell is who I am; every cell combine to make up my tissues, organs, bones, face, hair, legs etc. When nutrition is improved, the body is strengthened on a cellular level. I want this liquid diet to be a time of healing and nutritional growth for my body. I want this to be a time of detox and rejuvenation. I know that drinking green smoothies is the quickest, easiest way to obtain incredible weight loss and healthy results.
